NRB Bank PLC donates 2500 waste bins to CCC
In a significant step towards environmental sustainability, NRB Bank PLC has donated 2,500 waste bins to Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
The handover ceremony occurred at the City Corporation Office premises in Chattogram on Sunday, February 02, 2025.
Honourable Mayor Dr Shahadat Hossain received the donation on behalf of CCC. Also present at the event were Mr Tarek Reaz Khan, Managing Director of NRB Bank PLC, Mr Anwar Uddin, Deputy Managing Director, Mr Rana Dey, Area Head of the Wholesale Banking, Mr Atikur Rahman, Head of Branch Chattogram Main Branch and other distinguished officials from both organisations. Donating waste bins aligns with NRB Bank PLC's broader commitment to sustainability, environmental conservation, and community development.
