With over 24 years of industry experience, Mr. Sircar has demonstrated excellence in leadership and innovation. He has been instrumental in strengthening Nippon Paint's market position, particularly during his tenure as Deputy General Manager since October 2019.
Before joining Nippon Paint, Mr. Sircar held leadership roles at top multinational paint manufacturing companies, further enhancing his reputation as an industry leader. He is a Chittagong native and holds an MBA from the University of Chittagong, which complements his strategic vision and effective management style.
