Mutual Trust Bank shareholders approve 12% stock dividend
Mutual Trust Bank PLC held its 27th Annual General Meeting virtually today, with Director of the Board Md Abdul Malek presiding.
Shareholders approved a 12 per cent stock dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Directors of the Bank, Khwaja Nargis Hossain and Daniel De Lange, representing Norfund; Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Dr Mohammad Tareque; Independent Directors, Shib Narayan Kairy and Zareen Mahmud Hosein; Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Syed Mahbubur Rahman; and Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary, Rais Uddin Ahmad, attended the meeting.
