IFIC Bank promotes officials in recognition of service
IFIC Bank has promoted 115 officials for their contributions.
Titled "Celebrating Career Progression," the promotion ceremony took place on 1 September at IFIC Tower in the capital. While 41 officials received their promotion letters in person from Syed Mansur Mustafa, Managing Director of IFIC Bank, and the senior management team, another 74 officials were presented with theirs virtually from different branches and sub-branches.
Congratulating the promoted officials, Mr Mustafa said, "The true driving force behind IFIC Bank's progress is our dedicated, skilled, and committed employees. Recognition of talent and achievement not only creates a sense of accomplishment but also strengthens collaboration and inspires excellence across the organisation."
