HONOR showcases augmented human intelligence vision at MWC 2026
HONOR, an AI device ecosystem company, presented its vision for Augmented Human Intelligence (AHI) at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 and advanced its Alpha Plan with three pillars: Alpha Phone, Alpha Store, and Alpha Lab.
Focusing on human-centric AI, HONOR offered a preview of its 'Robot Phone'—a concept smartphone that uses motion and spatial awareness to reimagine how AI devices might interact with the world. The company stated that the Robot Phone demonstrates how intelligent devices can make technology more intuitive, adaptive, and responsive to everyday needs, combining robot-grade movement, cinematic imaging, and smart sensing for more natural interactions—from 360° video calls to gesture-based features.
Alongside the concept, HONOR introduced the Magic V6, highlighting silicon–carbon battery technology, display engineering, and AI-enabled productivity in its latest foldable design.
HONOR also announced ecosystem devices, including the MagicPad 4 and MagicBook Pro 14, reinforcing its roadmap to integrate intelligent hardware and software to better meet user needs.
Speaking at the event, James Li, CEO of HONOR, said, 'Last year at MWC, we launched HONOR Alpha Plan, marking our transformation into a globally leading AI device ecosystem company. Human-centric innovation is our guiding principle. We believe the next phase of AI must combine capability with empathy, bringing together IQ and EQ, and uniting personal, universal, and edge intelligence through Augmented Human Intelligence.'
He added, 'Through Alpha Plan, we are exploring a new paradigm for AI devices with Alpha Phone, building a new AI device ecosystem with Alpha Store, and turning cutting-edge research into real-world user experience with Alpha Lab. Augmented Human Intelligence is embedded into every part of this journey.'
