Guardian Life strengthens digital service delivery through B2B training

In line with its commitment to offering seamless digital insurance services, Guardian Life Insurance Limited (GLIL) organised a comprehensive B2B Workshop on July 18, 2025, at the Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort in Cox's Bazar.
The day-long workshop aimed to equip GLIL employees with the skills necessary to meet the evolving demands of efficient service delivery in today's fast-paced business environment.
The workshop, attended by 56 B2B members from GLIL, focused on innovative strategies to address emerging challenges while ensuring consistent and high-quality service to clients. The event featured Arshad Hasan, Director of Global Business (South Asia & Middle East) at a leading German multinational, as the facilitator. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience and certifications in Miller Heiman, Creative Selling, and NLP, Arshad Hasan delivered an engaging session that combined theoretical concepts with practical applications.
The workshop covered five key areas of B2B excellence: Sales Mastery, Negotiation Excellence, Relationship Excellence, Team Management, and Leadership Development. Through experiential learning, including pretend plays, group activities, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions, participants honed essential skills in leadership, team-building, and adapting to new challenges.

The event was attended by Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) and Additional Managing Director of Guardian, alongside other management committee members and department heads, emphasising the company's commitment to improving work processes and enhancing service delivery.
