A grand opening of tradition and modernity, Alif Attar company inaugurated new headquarters in Gulshan

Alif Attar Company, the country's leading and No. 1 attar (perfume) brand, proudly announced the successful inauguration of its new corporate headquarters.
The new office is located at MMK Akash Avenue (9th Floor), 12 Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212. The inauguration ceremony was held in a vibrant and elegant atmosphere.
The event was officially inaugurated by Maulana Saiful Islam, proprietor of Alif Attar Company, in the presence of the company's Head of Marketing, Ibrahim Khalil, along with other distinguished guests.
Speaking at the ceremony, Head of Marketing Ibrahim Khalil said:
"This is a new chapter in the journey of Alif Attar. With our new headquarters in Gulshan-2, we are moving forward with vision and ambition. This expansion will enable us to connect more closely with our customers. Our mission is not only to provide perfumes but also to educate people on which fragrances suit specific seasons or occasions. Whether it's winter, summer, or any special moment, Alif Attar will guide consumers. Our dream is global. We envision a day when people in Europe will proudly buy 'Made in Bangladesh' perfumes under the brand of Alif Attar."
He added that the company's Research & Development team is tirelessly working to bring more modernity to perfumes, adopting cutting-edge global technology along with AI-based quality assurance systems. Alif Attar is also preparing to introduce air-care and a full range of toiletries in the near future.
Company proprietor Maulana Saiful Islam emphasized:
"Alif Attar has always been a brand rooted in quality, tradition, and modernity. This new headquarters marks a new horizon of growth. For us, it is not just about business but about upholding the beautiful Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) through halal fragrances. He further revealed the company's ambitious phased expansion plan. First, a 120-bigha project will be developed, featuring a state-of-the-art European automated factory on 50 bighas, a mosque-madrasa complex on 20 bighas, and staff housing on 50 bighas. In the following years, Alif Attar aims to launch graduate and postgraduate programmes in chemistry and perfumery to address local and global workforce needs. Ultimately, the long-term goal is to establish a dedicated university for perfume sciences, providing future generations with opportunities for higher education and global careers in the industry.
The new headquarters features a modern Experience Zone for visitors, along with a well-decorated reception, advanced workstations, and a tech-enabled conference room, ensuring a lively and modern work environment.
Prominent figures attending the inauguration included Md Nazrul Islam, President of the Bangladesh Chemical & Perfumery Merchants Association, Rajib Saha, AGM of Kazi Food Industries Ltd., and Maulana Nazrul Islam, President of Khaddar Bazar Islamic Items Business Association, among others.
