Grameenphone launches 5g in all divisional headquarters
Grameenphone, the country's leading telecom operator, has commercially launched 5G services in all divisional headquarters, becoming the first operator to introduce next-generation connectivity at this scale in Bangladesh.
Grameenphone CEO Yasir Azman announced the milestone on the company's official Facebook page, highlighting a major step toward a Smart Bangladesh.
Yasir Azman, Chief Executive Officer of Grameenphone, said: "This is a proud moment for Grameenphone as we launch 5G services across all divisional headquarters. With 5G, we are introducing a faster and more reliable network, enabling innovation and smart solutions to shape the nation's future. We thank the Government and BTRC for their support in bringing modern technology to the people of Bangladesh."
