First Security Islami Bank holds Eid Reunion

First Security Islami Bank PLC organised an Eid reunion program at its Head Office on Monday, April 7, 2025. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, chairman of the bank, was present at the program as the chief guest.

Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, Managing Director (Current Charge) of the bank, presided over the program while Md. Sirajul Islam, Deputy Managing Director, S. M. Azharul Islam, Mizanur Rahman, Md. Kawsar Ul Alam and Abu Naser Mohammed Nazmul Bari, Senior Executive Vice Presidents, executives and officials from different levels of the bank all over the country, addressed and exchanged Eid greetings. Heads of Divisions, Heads of 9 Zonal offices, Managers of 206 Branches, In-charges of 177 Sub-Branches and other executives and officials joined the reunion program through a digital platform and exchanged Eid greetings. 

Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Chairman of the bank, referred to Eid-ul-Fitr as the most significant religious, social and cultural festival of Bangladesh and said that in the spirit of Ramadan and Eid, reducing the gap between the rich and the poor, poverty alleviation, and inclusive banking activities should be prioritised in the banking sector. He said people have acknowledged their trust in First Security Islami Bank by opening 7.33 lac new accounts in the last 6 months. Due to the return of trust, during this period, new deposits of Tk.3,300 crore have been collected, and Tk.2,200 crore have been recovered from overdue investments. He called upon all concerned to contribute to the upliftment of the general people by providing the welfare-oriented services of Islamic banking to all.
