First Finance Limited elects new CEO
Mr Shah Md Abdul Bari joined as the Chief Executive Officer of First Finance Limited on 04 March 2025.
Mr Shah Md Abdul Bari started his banking career as a Probationary Officer in 1988 with National Bank Limited. During his illustrious career of over 36 years, he worked with an excellent reputation in different vital capacities, such as Head of Branch, Divisional Head, and Head of Departments of Head Office in Prime Bank PLC, Mercantile Bank PLC, and Exim Bank PLC. He completed his banking career as Additional Managing Director in Exim Bank PLC.
Mr Shah Md Abdul Bari obtained a B.S.S (Hons.) and an M.S.S. Degree in Social Welfare from Dhaka University, with 1st Class and 1st position in both Examinations. He received the President Award/Chancellor's Gold Medal for achieving outstanding results in the Honours Course. He attended several workshops and seminars at home and abroad.
