Exim Bank hold 130th meeting of Shari'ah supervisory committee
The 130th Shari'ah Supervisory Committee Meeting of Exim Bank was held on February 27, 2025, in the board room of the bank's head office. Maulana Mohammad Abdur Razzak, a member of the bank's Shari'ah Supervisory Committee, presided over the meeting.
The chairman of Exim Bank, Md. Nazrul Islam Swapan, Managing Director (Current Charge) M Akhter Hossain, Additional Managing Director Abdul Aziz (Zumma), member of Shari'ah Supervisory Committee Maulana Mohammad Sadekul Islam, Professor Dr H M Shahidul Islam Barakati, Hafez Maulana Mufti Mohammad Khairullah, and Senior Vice President and head of Shari'ah Secretariat Mohammad Zulkernine were also present at the meeting.
Various decisions were made during the meeting after the issues related to Shari'ah's compliance with the bank's overall activities were discussed in detail.
