Entrepreneurship development programme concludes at Southeast Bank
Southeast Bank PLC, in partnership with Bangladesh Bank, organised the Closing and Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the month-long Entrepreneurship Development Programme for 24 SME entrepreneurs under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP), a project of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh.
The ceremony was held at the Bank's Training Institute and was graced by Southeast Bank PLC Chairman, eminent industrialist and education enthusiast, M A Kashem, as the chief guest. Md Sirajul Islam, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, attended as the special guest.
Md Nazrul Islam, Program Director and Additional Director, SME and Special Programs Department, and Md Ayub Ali, Deputy Program Director (Finance) and Joint Director, SME and Special Programs Department of Bangladesh Bank, along with Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Managing Director (current charge) of Southeast Bank PLC, and other senior officials were also present.
The batch of 24 entrepreneurs received hands-on training on a range of subjects and successfully presented their business plans. Distinguished guests congratulated the participants and expressed their best wishes for their future growth and success.
