Emirates Group to recruit 17,300 staff in global hiring drive

The Emirates Group has launched one of its largest global recruitment drives to date, ramping up hiring to support its ambitious expansion plans.
In the current financial year, the aviation giant plans to onboard 17,300 professionals across 350 different roles.
The Group seeks to fill hundreds of vacancies in key departments, including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial and sales teams, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance. Its sister company, dnata, will also recruit more than 4,000 specialists in cargo, catering, and ground operations.
To support this drive, the Group will host over 2,100 recruitment events and open days throughout the year across 150 cities. These events aim to attract top talent for pilot, cabin crew, engineering, and IT roles.
Since 2022, the Emirates Group has recruited more than 41,000 professionals, including nearly 27,000 in operational roles. The company's current global workforce comprises 121,000 employees.
