Salahuddin Ahmed earns Tk6 crore annually
His total annual income stands at Tk6.21 crore, while his immovable assets are valued at Tk7.83 crore and his movable assets at Tk10.40 crore
BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed has declared an annual income of Tk6.21 crore in the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission for the 13th national elections.
According to the affidavit published by the Election Commission on its website today (31 December), Salahuddin's total annual income stands at Tk6.21 crore, while his immovable assets are valued at Tk7.83 crore and his movable assets at Tk10.40 crore.
Salahuddin Ahmed owns one car and two jeeps, valued at Tk65.60 lakh. His wife, Hasina Ahmed, also owns a car and a jeep, worth Tk65.32 lakh.
The affidavit shows that Salahuddin holds 12.3 tola of gold, valued at Tk80,000, while his wife possesses 24.8 tola of gold, received as gifts on different occasions.
Both Salahuddin and his wife together have Tk1.42 crore in cash. Salahuddin's share is Tk1.35 crore, while his wife holds Tk6.79 lakh.
Salahuddin Ahmed is contesting from Cox's Bazar 1 constituency in the upcoming 13th national parliamentary election scheduled for 12 February 2026.
