EGCB holds 28th AGM, declares Tk2 crore cash dividend
The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Limited (EGCB), a company under the Power Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, took place on 24 December 2025 at Biddut Bhaban, Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by K M Ali Reza, Chairman of the EGCB Board. Md Rezaul Karim, Chairman of the Bangladesh Power Development Board, shareholders, and members of the EGCB Board of Directors attended the AGM.
The AGM approved a cash dividend of Tk2 crore for shareholders.
