ACI approves 25% cash dividend at 52nd AGM
The 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Advanced Chemical Industries PLC was held on 28 December 2025 at 11:30am via a digital platform.
M Anis Ud Dowla, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
At the AGM, shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, along with the reports of the Directors and the Auditors. The shareholders also approved a 25 per cent cash dividend for the said financial year.

Dr Arif Dowla, Managing Director of the company, highlighted key aspects of the business performance and addressed various issues raised by shareholders.
He expressed gratitude to all stakeholders for their continued support and cooperation, and particularly acknowledged the contributions and efforts of the company's employees.
