Daraz launches 2.2 grand Ramadan bazaar from 1 February
As the month of Ramadan approaches, households across Bangladesh begin preparing for iftar, family gatherings, and essential shopping.
Against this backdrop, Daraz Bangladesh is set to launch its 2.2 Grand Ramadan Bazaar, running from 1 February at 8:00pm to 26 February, offering discounts and deals aimed at making Ramadan shopping more affordable.
The campaign will feature everyday low prices, flash sales with discounts of up to 80 per cent, vouchers and category-wide offers to help consumers prepare for Ramadan conveniently.
This year, Daraz is placing particular emphasis on sustained affordability beyond campaign periods through its refreshed Daraz Choice channel, which offers everyday low price (EDLP) benefits on frequently purchased essentials. The initiative is designed to allow customers to access consistent low prices throughout the year rather than waiting for major sale events.
Customers shopping through Daraz Choice will also benefit from buy three with free delivery and buy five, get one free with free delivery offers, enabling families to stock up on daily necessities ahead of Ramadan.
Alongside everyday savings, the 2.2 Grand Ramadan Bazaar will include mega deals and flash sales with discounts of up to 80 per cent, hot deals offering up to 75 per cent off and site-wide delivery discounts, including free delivery on selected products.
Exclusive flash vouchers offering up to 9 per cent off will be available from 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm on 1 February and from 12.00 am to 2.00 am and 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm on 2 February. The offers will cover key Ramadan-focused categories, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), fashion, beauty and wellness, lifestyle products and electronics.
Several well-known brands will participate through dedicated brand days, including Veet, Unilever, realme, NeoCare, Reckitt, Dettol, Marico, Nestlé, Shukran, Innsai and Lotto, providing exclusive brand-led promotions throughout the campaign.
The campaign will also feature themed shopping days, such as Choice Day Saturday, Fashion Forward Sunday and Monday, Electrical Tuesday, Budhbarer Bazaar, Beauty and Wellness Thursday and Lifestyle Cozy Friday, highlighting category-specific offers.
To ensure product availability, Dettol, Unilever, and Parachute Naturale have joined the campaign as exclusive platinum partners.
Daraz has also partnered with several payment providers to offer additional savings. Customers will be able to enjoy discounts of up to 10 per cent through collectable vouchers applicable to Midland Bank PLC and Southeast Bank PLC cardholders. An interest-free EMI facility of up to 12 months will also be available through EBL ZIP.
Running under the campaign tagline "2 Good 2 Miss!", Daraz Bangladesh said the initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to providing value, convenience, and choice during one of the most important periods of the year.
