Customer service fortnight launched at Karmasangsthan Bank

Karmasangsthan Bank has launched its flagship "Customer Service Fortnight" from 19 October to 2 November 2025, aligned with the Financial Institutions Division (FID), Ministry of Finance initiative for Youth Festival 2025.
The inaugural ceremony was held at the bank's head office on Sunday.
Dr AFM Matiur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors and former Secretary, formally inaugurated the programme and handed loan cheques to four new young entrepreneurs.
Attendees: Arun Kumar Chowdhury, Managing Director; Meher Sultana, Deputy Managing Director; Md Mamunur Rashid, Deputy Secretary, FID; Mahmuda Yasmin and Md Shafiqul Islam Miah, General Managers; Deputy General Managers from head office; with proceedings conducted by Md Moshiur Rahman, Deputy General Manager, Loan and Advance Department. Officials from all divisional and audit offices, and 287 branch managers, joined virtually.

Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury paid tribute to the martyrs of the July Uprising, termed customers the bank's "greatest asset," and pressed for sincere, responsible service delivery.

Deputy Secretary Md Mamunur Rashid called for quality service year-round—not only during the fortnight—to lift institutional image and drive national progress.
The fortnight will focus on prompt, technology-driven service across the network to strengthen client trust and outcomes.
