Concord delivers Sohel Square: A signature commercial space in Dhanmondi

Concord has officially handed over Sohel Square, a premium commercial project on Satmasjid Road in Dhanmondi.

The Concord team stood beside landowners and clients to mark a proud moment: completing a landmark development in one of the busiest parts of the city. This building is not just concrete and glass. It is a new address for businesses, a fresh name on the map of Dhanmondi, and a space built to hold ideas, meetings, and growth.

Sohel Square stands tall with a bold, modern design. The exterior is clean and striking. The lobby and common areas feature a hotel-quality finish. Two high-speed elevators ensure smooth vertical movement. The multi-level basement offers well-ventilated parking. At night, the building is softly illuminated with mood lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere. Everything is set for businesses and retailers to begin their next chapter in this vibrant commercial hub.

The location adds even more strength. This corner of Satmasjid Road and Road 27 stays active throughout the day. People, cars, and daily life move through it nonstop. That means visibility. That means attention. A business at Sohel Square is seen. It gets remembered. This address delivers exactly what enterprises look for.

Inside, safety and comfort have been thoughtfully planned. The building includes a complete fire detection system and 24/7 security surveillance. It uses insulated double-glazed Low-E glass, reducing over-reliance on air conditioning and supporting green building practices. Every detail was designed to make daily work smoother and brighter.

Sohel Square was built with a purpose. From the earliest drawings to the final detail, the entire process reflects Concord's effort to deliver a modern, sustainable, and ready-for-business commercial space. However, this handover is not the end; it is the beginning of new opportunities for the companies that will shape their future here.

Concord has always pursued quality through real progress, step by step, building by building. For over five decades, Concord has shaped the skyline and supported lives with spaces that matter. Sohel Square is the latest chapter in that journey. And the journey continues.
