Citizens bank staff receive training on digital transactions
Citizens Bank recently organised a day-long training session on operational guidelines for the Bangladesh Automated Clearing House (BACH) and the Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network (BEFTN) at its Training Academy.
The programme was inaugurated by Md Abdul Latif, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank. The training sessions were conducted by Mohammad Shafiqul Imdad, Additional Director of the Payment Systems Department (PSD) at Bangladesh Bank.
Officers from both the head office and branches of Citizens Bank participated in the training, which focused on strengthening operational knowledge and ensuring compliance with national payment system standards.
