BRAC Bank recognises service excellence across 44 branches in CX survey
BRAC Bank has honoured an employee and a branch across its distribution network for customer service performance under its Customer Experience (CX) Survey 2025, the bank said.
The CX Survey 2025 was conducted across 44 branches in the Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet zones. The assessment covered service quality, professionalism, operational efficiency, branch environment and overall customer engagement, the bank said.
Fakhrul Islam Prince of BRAC Bank's Moulvibazar branch was named best customer service officer 2025, based on scores in service delivery, product knowledge, responsiveness and proactive customer engagement.
The Uttara Jashimuddin Avenue branch, led by branch manager Zahedul Matin, was recognised as best branch – overall for performance across branch ambience, customer handling, queue management, operational efficiency and service environment. The bank said it achieved the highest overall score among the branches surveyed in 2025.
BRAC Bank said the award-winning employee and branch demonstrated service excellence aligned with the bank's SHARP service framework.
The bank said the recognition reflects its focus on strengthening customer experience across its network.
