BRAC Bank honours 25 changemakers, 26 long-serving employees
As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, BRAC Bank honoured 25 employees as changemakers for their contributions to the bank's development and recognised 26 long-serving employees for their service and loyalty.
The recognition ceremony brought together the bank's senior leadership and Management Committee to celebrate employees whose dedication, ideas and commitment have shaped the institution over the past 25 years, according to a press release.
The 25 changemakers were selected for their contributions at different stages of the bank's journey, including challenging conventional practices, creating opportunities, solving problems and helping the organisation progress.
The bank featured their stories in its "25 Faces of BRAC Bank" series, highlighting employees who contributed to its growth and transformation.
The changemakers received commemorative mementoes featuring individual portraits created for the campaign. BRAC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Tareq Refat Ullah Khan presented the mementoes.
The ceremony also recognised 26 of the bank's longest-serving employees for their loyalty and contributions over the years.
"An institution's greatest strength is its people – those who dare to think differently, take ownership to turn ideas into action and remain committed to moving forward," Tareq said.
"Our 25 changemakers represent the spirit of action that has shaped BRAC Bank, while our longest-serving colleagues remind us of the dedication and loyalty that have carried this institution through 25 years," he added.
The bank said the recognition reflected its efforts to encourage employees to take ownership, challenge conventional practices and contribute beyond their individual roles.
