To enhance the user experience for bKash's widely used mobile recharge service, the 'one-tap' method has been integrated into the app. It enables customers to recharge their registered numbers, regardless of the mobile operator. As customers grow more comfortable and confident with this digital transformation, bKash continues to introduce features like this to ensure a more seamless experience.

To activate the 'one-tap' mobile recharge, customers must provide consent the first time they use the service. When selecting the mobile recharge icon, a list of saved numbers will appear. After choosing their number, the app will request consent to enable the 'one-tap' feature. Once consent is given, the 'one-tap' recharge method will be activated, allowing future recharges to be completed without entering a PIN. From then on, users can simply select their number, input the amount, and tap to recharge.
For recharging packs or offers through the 'one-tap' method, users must select their phone number. On the subsequent screen, they can choose their preferred pack from options such as Internet, Minute, or Bundle offers. The recharge will then be completed with a single tap, following the same simple procedure. Any applicable coupons can also be applied with the 'one-tap' recharge method.
If users wish to revert to the previous method of mobile recharge, they can go to the Profile section on the bKash home screen. From there, they can select 'One-Tap' Transaction and choose to disable it. The service can be reactivated at any time through the user's profile.
The bKash app offers additional features, including auto-pay, auto-recharge, My Offers, and a variety of package options, making the mobile recharge process hassle-free. These conveniences ensure uninterrupted mobile usage, whether recharging for themselves or for a loved one.
