Bank Asia organises breast cancer awareness session for employees
As part of its ongoing commitment to employee well-being, Bank Asia PLC organised a "Breast Cancer Awareness Programme" to promote health awareness and encourage early detection among its female colleagues.
The day-long event, hosted by the bank's Human Resources Division, featured comprehensive health check-up facilities by Sukhee (Grameen Digital Health), a vibrant pickle station by Dotline Group, and an awareness seminar conducted by Dr Sarkar Kamrun Jahan Jhinuk from United Hospital.
Dr Jhinuk's session focused on preventive care, early diagnosis, and adopting a proactive approach to women's health — empowering participants with knowledge and practical guidance on self-care and regular screening.
Through such initiatives, Bank Asia continues to demonstrate its dedication to employee wellness, fostering a supportive and informed workplace culture that prioritises both physical and emotional well-being.
