Nabil Group holds ‘leadership summit 2026’ for nationwide sales teams
Nabil Group convened its nationwide sales force, policy-level leadership and senior officials from its subsidiaries at the Leadership Summit 2026, outlining strategic priorities to accelerate business growth, expand markets, and strengthen sales performance.
The summit took place on Saturday (7 February 2026) at the group's R&D Centre in Bamanshikhar, Kharkhari, Rajshahi. The programme focused on future business strategy, market expansion plans, a sales growth roadmap, and corporate leadership development.
Chairman Jahan Boks Mondol attended as the chief guest, with Vice-Chairman Ishrat Jahan as the special guest. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Aminul Islam, Director Iyaz Abrar Nabil, Director Mamunur Rashid, and heads of Nabil Group's business units and subsidiaries also addressed the gathering.
In his speech, the chairman stated that the group's field-level sales teams remain the core strength behind its growth. "Behind every product and service is your hard work, honesty, and dedication. As market competition intensifies, our unity, capability, and customer-centric mindset will become even more critical," he said.
Vice-Chairman Ishrat Jahan emphasised training, technology adoption, and modern marketing approaches to enhance sales performance. She noted that future markets will be increasingly data-driven and shaped by brand value, stressing the need for Nabil Group to strengthen its position accordingly.
Chief Executive Officer Aminul Islam outlined the group's new business targets, plans to reinforce the distribution network, expand into new regional markets, and introduce incentive structures and performance-based evaluation systems for the sales force.
Director Iyaz Abrar Nabil urged employees to enter new markets and strengthen existing positions through coordinated teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
Directors and heads of the group's business units also shared views on field-level challenges, evolving customer demand, brand positioning, and upcoming work plans.
The summit concluded with a joint pledge—"One team, one vision, one goal"—reaffirming the group's commitment to further consolidating its position as one of the country's leading business forces.
Nabil Group said the summit served not only as a formal gathering but also as a platform for leadership, innovation, and collective progress, which it expects will strengthen sales growth and market leadership in the coming days.
