Bangladesh Krishi Bank pays tribute to July uprising martyrs
Bangladesh Krishi Bank on Monday (3 August) held a tribute at its head office to the martyrs of the July Mass Uprising, with a discussion and doa mahfil for the departed souls and the injured.
The programme marked the July Mass Uprising–2026, according to a press release.
Prayers were offered for the salvation of the departed souls of the martyrs and the speedy recovery of the injured, along with a special doa and munajat for peace, prosperity and the country's continued progress.

Bangladesh Krishi Bank Chairman Mohammed Nurul Amin addressed the programme as chief guest.
He described the July Mass Uprising as a significant milestone in Bangladesh's history. He said the nation would forever remember the sacrifices made by students and the public in the struggle for democracy, justice and people's rights.
Mohammed Nurul Amin urged every officer and employee of the bank to uphold the spirit of July by performing their duties with honesty, transparency, accountability and professionalism.
Bangladesh Krishi Bank Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the programme.
She said the bank, inspired by the ideals and values of the July Mass Uprising, was working tirelessly to provide modern, technology-driven and customer-focused banking services to farmers, rural communities and people from all walks of life.
Sanchia Binte Ali urged the bank's officers and employees to improve customer service and accelerate development activities through dedication, responsibility and teamwork.
Bangladesh Krishi Bank Deputy Managing Director Mohd Khaleduzzaman attended the programme.
The bank's general managers, executives from various departments, central leaders of the Bangladesh Krishi Bank Employees' Union (CBA), and other concerned officials were also present.
