AAUB holds 20th Academic Council meeting
Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh (AAUB) held its 20th Academic Council meeting on 14 May at the Dhaka campus, during which senior academics and sector stakeholders reviewed progress and set future directions to strengthen academic and research excellence.
AAUB Vice-Chancellor Air Vice Marshal M Mustafizur Rahman, BSP, GUP, nswc, afwc, psc, GD(P), presided over the session.
At the outset, the vice-chancellor expressed gratitude to council members and summarised key achievements since the previous session.

He stressed the importance of integrating constructive recommendations from faculty- and department-led seminars and workshops into the curriculum to further raise educational standards.
The vice-chancellor encouraged all research stakeholders and reaffirmed the university's ongoing commitment to supporting research activities.
He emphasised that by working together, AAUB aims to achieve international standards in education, research, and innovation.
Representatives of the Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh University of Technology, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Airlines Training Centre, Bangladesh Maritime University, and AAUB were present at the meeting.
