NRB Bank holds 3rd EGM

NRB Bank Limited recently held its 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 11 March 2021 at its corporate head office at Gulshan in Dhaka.
Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, chairman of the bank presided over the meeting, reads a press release.
Among others Tateyama Kabir, vice chairman, Khandakar Ruhul Amin, chairman of Executive Committee and other members of the Board of Directors and shareholders, Mamoon Mahmood Shah, managing director and CEO also attended the meeting, it added.
