Employability Fest-2020 kicks off

The Employability Fest-2020 has begun on Sunday, aiming at empowering the youths by developing their employability skills. Anyone can avail the facility through a simple registration free of charge. 

Inspire Bangladesh along with Skill.jobs and Bangladesh Skill Development Institution jointly organised the fest, said a press release.  

There is a very big gap between educational institutions, employers, youth and government monitoring cells. Nobody knows who are doing what. In this circumstances, the fest has been arranged with a view to making a bridge among all the sides. More than 100 private and public company have already joined in this fest, it added.  

Imran Fahad, the founder and CEO of Inspiring Bangladesh, said they have a target to empower 100,000 youth by developing their employability skills through the fest. 

During the 3-Day fest, there will be seven sessions and four workshops in total. Through these sessions, the participants will be able to assess their own employability skills and get guidelines over making themselves compatible with the requirements of the employers.
