Postal voting registration open till 25 Dec for election officials, govt employees
Today is the final deadline for overseas voters who registered via the Postal Vote BD app to correct their mailing address
The Election Commission (EC) has announced that individuals deployed on electoral duties, government employees serving outside their own constituencies, and voters in legal custody can register to cast their votes via the Postal Vote BD app until 25 December.
Detailed information regarding the registration process is available on the Bangladesh Election Commission website, said a press release.
Meanwhile, the EC also informed that today (6 December) is the final deadline for overseas voters who registered via the Postal Vote BD app to correct their mailing address.

Voters who entered incorrect or incomplete addresses during registration must use the app's 'edit' menu to update their full and correct address, work address, or a relative's address, as necessary, adds the release.
The Election Commission said that 194,579 expatriates have successfully registered through the app so far to exercise their voting rights from abroad.
