Sarjis wants CA Yunus as PM for one term
My lifelong desire will be to see a statesman like Muhammad Yunus serve as the prime minister of an elected government in Bangladesh for five years, he says

Sargis Alam, the chief organiser (north) of the National Citizen Party (NCP), has expressed his desire to see Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus serve as Bangladesh's prime minister for one full term.
In a Facebook post today (29 March), Sarjis said, "My lifelong desire will be to see a statesman like Muhammad Yunus serve as the prime minister of an elected government in Bangladesh for five years."
Yunus was sworn in as the head of the interim government on 8 August, following the ouster of former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, who fled the country on 5 August amid a mass uprising.
Yunus, a globally recognised economist and entrepreneur, won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for his pioneering work in microfinance and founding the Grameen Bank.
He was also awarded the US Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009 and the Congressional Gold Medal in 2010, along with numerous national and international accolades.
