PM condoles deaths in Brahmanbaria train accident

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the deaths of several people in train mishap in Brahmanbaria.

In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

She also urged the local administration and public representatives to come forward and extend their helping hands to the victims in the fatal accident.

At least 16 people were killed and many others injured in a collision between two passenger trains at Mandabhag in Brahmanbaria district early today.
