Osman Hadi shooting: Close associate of prime accused arrested
The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested a man believed to be a close associate of the prime accused in Friday's gun attack on Inqilab Mancha leader Sharif Osman Hadi.
Md Kabir, associate of Faisal Karim Masud, was arrested from Narayanganj at around 2:30am early Sunday night, RAB's Director of Legal and Media Wing Commander MZM Intekhab Chowdhury confirmed the matter on Monday (15 December).
He told The Business Standard that further details will be disclosed later.

When asked whether RAB was conducting a raid at Faisal's residence on Colonel Gali in Agargaon, RAB-2 Media Officer Additional Superintendent of Police Md Shamsul Islam told TBS, "One of our teams is on an operation. I cannot say where the operation is being conducted. I am not part of it. Once the operation is over, we will be able to say where it was carried out."
