When the police arrived at the crime scene, the blood immediately around the torso hadn't yet blackened.

Which suggests that Saleh, the tech CEO and Co-founder of Pathao, 33, had only recently been dismembered — likely within the last hour of the more than 25 hours the assassin apparently spent inside the apartment.

The murder seemed so "professional," which the officials referred as a "hit",  that the blood confined to one corner of the room tracing a nearly perfect outline around the torso.

The butcher who murdered and dismembered Fahim, have been startled by victim's sister when she went to check up on him and discovered the gory scene.

When she buzzed Saleh's seventh-floor apartment, the killer may still have been inside, sending him fleeing down a flight of stairs and out a service door onto Suffolk Street — while the cousin was riding the elevator up, sources said, outlining one theory.

Saleh's torso was found dismembered, severed with surgical precision- legs below the knees, arms at the shoulders- all stuffed into plastic bags.

The electric saw was nearby, still plugged in along with a bunch of cleaning supplies.

The killer, wearing a "ninja-like" hood and a "dark suit, fashionable cut," according to one source, followed the young technology entrepreneur from the elevator of his luxury condo building into his apartment.

He used an electric stun gun to immobilize Fahim.

There was no sign of struggle and nothing has been stolen. The killer remains still at large.
