Pathao named to forbes asia’s ‘100 to watch 2025’ list

Pathao has been named to Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch 2025.
The announcement comes as Pathao prepares to celebrate its 10th anniversary this October.
Founded in 2015 as a small delivery venture, Pathao has grown into a leading digital platform in Bangladesh and Nepal, serving over 10 million users and creating earning opportunities for 500,000 people across rides, courier, food delivery, and financial services.
"Being named in Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch as we mark 10 years of Pathao reflects how far we have come, the difference we continue to make in people's lives, and our commitment to building a more connected and empowered Bangladesh," said Fahim Ahmed, CEO of Pathao.
Pathao emphasised that technology has always been about people — from delivery agents earning a dignified livelihood to merchants growing their businesses and users accessing greater convenience and opportunities.
As it enters its second decade, Pathao plans to introduce digital payment integration and expanded logistics offerings, and aims to operate in more cities across Bangladesh and neighboring countries. These efforts include a specific focus on broadening the reach of Pathao Pay to underserved communities and driving growth and innovation in the Bangladeshi startup ecosystem.
