Anisul, Palak shown arrested in three murder cases
Former law minister Anisul Huq and former ICT state minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak were shown arrested today (18 September) in three murder cases filed with the capital's Badda police station.
Former IGP Abdullah Al Mamun was also shown arrest in two separate cases, including a murder case, filed with the same police station.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Zaki al Farabi passed the order in the presence of the accused this morning as police filed petitions seeking to show the trio's arrest in connection with multiple cases.

Earlier, they were brought to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court from jail.
Anisul was arrested from the city's Sadarghat area while he was trying to flee on August 13. The next day, police detained Palak from the city's Nikunja residential area.
On 3 September, Mamun was arrested from the Uttara area in connection with a murder case.
