The three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder passed the order

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has ordered authorities concerned to produce Rear Admiral (Retd) Mohammad Sohail, former Legal and Media Wing Director of the elite force RAB, before it on 18 June in a case lodged over the abduction, torture and enforced disappearance of a student leader named Golam Mortuja.
The three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder passed the order today (15 April). Prosecutors Mizanul Islam, Gazi MH Tamim and Abdullah Al-Noman took part in the hearing on the matter.
Rear Admiral (Retd) Mohammad Sohail served as the chairman of the Chattogram Port Authority (CPA) and Payra Port Authority before that.
Mohammad Sohail was sent into forced retirement after the fall of the Awami League government and was later arrested in connection with gruesome incidents of enforced disappearance.
