Hong Kong pro-democracy media tycoon Jimmy Lai told staff to "fight on" on Wednesday as he visited his newsroom a day after he was released on bail following his arrest under a new national security law imposed by Beijing.
"Fight on! Let's fight on," Lai told reporters at his Apple Daily newspaper in footage broadcast live on Facebook. "We have the support of the Hong Kong people. We can't let them down."
