Putin gives two conditions to Ukrainians living on Russian territory
President Vladimir Putin has given Ukrainians in Russia six months and 10 days to prove their citizenship or leave the country. He has given them until September 10 to make a decision. The directive was issued in a presidential decree published on March 20, the Moscow Times reported.
