Donald Trump's childhood home in Jamaica Estates, Queens, has sold for $1.93 million after a major renovation. The five-bedroom Tudor-style house, built by Fred Trump, had fallen into severe disrepair before developer Tommy Lin bought it for $835,000. After a $500,000 renovation, the property was transformed with modern features. The home also has a notable Airbnb and sales history dating back to 2017.
