Benjamin Netanyahu has confirmed he will attend the UN General Assembly in New York City despite earlier threats from NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani to have him arrested over an ICC warrant. After a legal review, Mamdani acknowledged he lacks the authority to enforce the warrant but maintains Netanyahu is "not welcome" in the city.
