You can now get Spotify Premium using bKash
The Individual Plan is priced at Tk219 for a two-month subscription period, while the Student Plan is available at a discounted rate of Tk109 for the same duration.
The country's leading MFS company bKash is now integrated as a payment system for audio streaming giant Spotify.
Now, subscribing to Spotify is much easier for users in Bangladesh. Previously, access to premium features was largely dependent on having a dollar-endorsed credit or debit card. Now, users can conveniently make payments using bKash.
Users now can choose between one-time payment or auto-renewal subscription plans via bKash for Spotify Premium.
The Individual Plan is priced at Tk219 for a two-month subscription period, while the Student Plan is available at a discounted rate of Tk109 for the same duration. For shared usage, the Duo Plan starts from Tk329, with pricing varying depending on the selected package. Meanwhile, the Family Plan is offered at Tk379 per month, allowing multiple users under a single subscription.
The payment process may vary depending on the device. In Android Payments can be made directly through the Spotify app, making the process quick and seamless. But in iOS, due to Apple's policy restrictions, bKash payments are not supported inside the Spotify app. Customers must complete the payment via a browser at https://www.spotify.com/bd-en/premium/. Once the payment is completed, the premium features will automatically activate in the app.
