Boiler blast at Indian power plant kills 9: Govt officials

The blast occurred at a plant operated by Vedanta Limited, a subsidiary of London-listed Vedanta Resources, in Chhattisgarh, state industry minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan told reporters.
