TBS off to winning start in Kool BSJA Media Cup 2025

TBS kicked off their Kool BSJA Media Cup 2025 campaign in promising fashion with a narrow yet well-deserved 1-0 victory over The Daily Naya Diganta in their opening match.

The decisive moment came courtesy of a rare but emphatic strike from defender Imran Hossain, who found the back of the net to hand TBS the victory. The goal was brilliantly set up by none other than TBS' ever-reliable Tanveer Mohiuddin.

TBS are scheduled to play their second group-stage game on Thursday. The opponent for that fixture is yet to be determined. Nevertheless, the team will be hopeful of building on this momentum as they seek to continue their strong start to the tournament.

This is only TBS' second appearance in the BSJA Media Cup, having made their debut last year with an impressive run to the final, where they finished as runners-up. That memorable campaign has instilled belief and hunger within the squad, who now have their eyes firmly set on going one better this time around.
