Local handset production grows 7% YoY in October

Mobile handset production in Bangladesh increased by 1.54 lakh units, marking a 7% year-on-year rise in October 2025. However, monthly production in October fell 8.9% compared to September, when 25.04 lakh handsets were produced.

Note: There has been no production of 3G phones since January 2023
