Bangladesh Under-19 require 178 runs to win the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2020 after their bowlers did an excellent job to bundle India out for 177.
Bangladesh skipper Akbar Ali put India in to bat after winning the toss and his bowlers backed up his decision with some fiery bowling up top. Shoriful Islam and Tanzim Sakib rained fire on the Indian openers as they found runs to be scarce.
But it was Avishek Das, who came into the side replacing Hasan Morad, brought the breakthrough. Divyaansh Saxena tried to punish a wide delivery from Avishek but only managed to find Mahmudul Hasan Joy at point.

From there on, India's premier batsman in this tournament Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Varma put up a 94-run stand to steady the ship from then. Sakib brought the breakthrough this time around as Tilak was caught at deep cover by Shoriful on 38.
Indian skipper Priyam Garg was the next to go for 7 as he was dismissed by Raqibul Hasan, Bangladesh's most successful bowler.
But it was Jaiswal's wicket which opened the floodgates as India were bundled out from 156-3 to 177 within a span of eight overs.
Shoriful, who had troubled Jaiswal in the earlier parts of the innings, got rid of the left-handed batsman for 88 before striking in the very next delivery to send Siddesh Veer.
A couple of run-outs then saw India lose Dhruv Jurel and Ravi Bishnoi. Jurel's dismissal was hilarious in a manner as clear miscommunication between the batsmen saw them both at the bowler's end and the bails were clipped off at the other end. Bishnoi then tried to steal a single after Atharva Ankolekar dug out a Shoriful yorker but a direct hit from the bowler saw him dismissed.
Atharva was the next to go as he played on a delivery from Avishek before Karthik Tyagi was caught by Akbar down the leg side off the same bowler.
The last batsman to go was Sushant Mishra as the tailender top-edged a Sakib delivery and Shoriful ensured that India were all out.
Avishek was the pick of the bowlers as he picked up three wickets for 40 runs. Sakib and Shoriful picked up a couple of wickets each with Raqibul picking up the other.
