Demi’s Fast return

Demi Lovato is officially back on the pop scene with the release of 'Fast,' her first mainstream pop single in three years. Dropped on 1 August, the high-energy track channels the same electric vibes as past hits like 'Cool for the Summer', with lyrics that declare, "I wanna go fast/ I wanna go hard."
'Fast' marks a sharp turn from Lovato's recent rock era, which began with 2022's 'Holy Fvck' and continued with 'Revamped', a rock reimagining of her earlier pop songs.
The new single is just the beginning—Rolling Stone reports a full dance-pop album is on the way, inspired by her relationship with husband Jordan Lutes and described as "celebratory" and carefree by producer Zhone.
Lovato also made peace with her past by returning to The Bigg Chill, the frozen yogurt shop she once criticised, now posting a lighthearted video captioned: "love you bigg chill."
