Gono Forum MP Mokabbir hospitalised with Covid-19 symptoms

Mokabbir Khan, member of the parliament (MP) from Sylhet-2 constituency and a presidium member of the political party Gono Forum, has been admitted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka with breathing problems.
The lawmaker, who was elected in the last national polls from Gono Forum, was supposed to deliver a speech in the parliament today. But he felt breathing difficulties and was hosptilised this afternoon, said the lawmaker's personal assistant Kaser Mia.
"The lawmaker gave a sample for Covid-19 test," said Kaser Mia, adding that Mokabbir Khan was suffering from respiratory problems for the last few days, which worsened on Monday.
