Another murder case was filed against ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina and 24 others for killing a garment worker during the mass uprising in the city's Adabor area on 5 August.

Victim's brother Mohammad Ibrahim filed an application to lodge a murder case against the 25 accused in Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sultan Shohag Uddin's court this morning.

Accepting the plea, the court ordered Adabor Thana police to record the statement of the plaintiff and register the complaint as a first information report (FIR).
