IPDC Finance holds 39th AGM

The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IPDC Finance Ltd was held through a video conferencing on Sunday at 9:30 am.

Mr Md Abdul Karim, chairman of the organisation presided over the meeting and a large number of shareholders participated in the meeting, reads a press release.

The attendees also included other directors who were nominated by BRAC, Ayesha Abed Foundation, RSA Capital Limited, Bluechip Securities Limited and Government of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh.

Amongst others, Mr Mominul Islam, managing director and CEO; Mr Samiul Hashim, company secretary; Ms. Fahmida Khan, chief financial officer; and other senior officials of the management committee of the company were present at the meeting.

IPDC Finance Ltd has declared a 12 percent cash dividend for the year of 2020, as approved by the shareholders. The Chairman concluded the meeting with vote of thanks to all attendees.
